• We want you to love your Carrol Boyes purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

Exclusions

• Sale items, personalized products, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
